Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal  

You have the right to change your order without any reasons within 14 days by letter, fax or E-mail or just by sending the unworn items back to us within the same time.

The period begins on the day on which you receive these cancellation instructions in writing, but not before you, or another recipient named by you, have received the goods (for repeat deliveries of similar goods: not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and not before the seller has fulfilled his duty to inform in compliance with section 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 subsection 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as having fulfilled his duties according to § 312e subsection 1 clause 1 BGB in conjunction with section 246 § 3 EGBGB.

Cancellation Impact:

Cancellation consequences: in the case of an effective cancellation the mutually rendered services are to be released and if applicable profits which were made (e.g. interest) released. The customer must provide indemnification for utilisation that exceeds the test of the characteristics and functional reliability of the goods (as usually tested and tried on in the retail store). Articles ready for shipment are to be returned at our companies risk.

In the case of withdrawal according to § 2, you must bear the regular costs of return shipment if the purchase price of the article to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euro or in case of an higher price the article is not or even partially paid. In all other cases the return is free for cutomers from Germany.

Refund commitment is to be fulfilled within 30 days. Time for refund starts by the date you have sent your declaration of cancellation – and for us by the date of receipt.

Language

Contractual Language is German.

Right of Revocation

Items worn purely to see whether they fit are not considered as worn. We reserve the right to refuse a return due to damage or upon grounds of hygiene.

Guarantee

Apart from the 14 days conversion rights we concede the legal guarantee claims.

The warranty period shall be 24 months from the date of delivery. In the event of complaints, the date of purchase must be verified by the presentation of an invoice. The concerned article of complaint must be returned to the vendor together with a copy of the invoice, sufficiently stamped and including the completed return form.The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. The warranty shall be invalidated if the customer makes any changes to the supplied goods.
